Adil Securities Ltd is also a stock Dealer and participates in the bidding of block subscription of shares for newly listed companies as an ‘Eligible Institutional Investor’.

As a stock brokerage firm, Adil Securities Ltd business includes executing shares trades on the Dhaka Stock Exchange on behalf of its customers as well as providing all sorts of support services including research materials, statistics, and strategic planning to its customers.

In 2004, Adil Securities Ltd took over the operations, assets, and liabilities of Dastagir Md Adil & Co, a proprietorship concern owned by our visionary Managing Director Dastagir Md Adil which held the membership of the Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd. since 1980.

Since then the capital markets of Bangladesh has grown significantly and along with this, there has been phenomenal growth in Adil Securities Ltd business, in terms of both volume and profitability.
